Finding Hope and Healing Through nDigiStorytelling

Presenters: Brenda Manuelito and Carmella Rodriguez

In 2008, Drs. Manuelito and Rodriguez, co-founders of nDigiDreams, LLC in Santa Fe, New Mexico (USA), Indigenized the digital storytelling method and focused their efforts on finding hope and healing among the everyday lives of the First Peoples of the United States.  This webinar describes their nDigiStorytelling journey from practice to research and explores how a person’s life breath shared through stories, songs and prayers can help promote individual and community health and well-being. The presenters will discuss how nDigiStories have been utilized and incorporated into various Native-driven programs and initiatives.
